By the grace of God the insured of this agency narrowly missed killing and injuring my family in the parking lot of Harris Teeter on Hwy 41β¦
To say dealing with this agency (initially CJ hung up on my wife) and their claims department has been terrible is an understatement. We finally got someone to contact us back today - the same run around.
Iβve never used State Farm nor will I ever after this experience. I see positive experiences, but ours has not been pleasant. We are not getting replacement value for our vehicle and we now are going into our savings to have to buy a replacement vehicle.
UPDATE/RESPONSE: We called the agency back after we were hung up on, to be clear - we were not called back. Angela, feel free to reach out to me. We have been waiting for a claims supervisor to call us for over a week after being promised βcontact in 48 hoursβ. We wish no ill will but have been extremely frustrated and feel this is our only way to have someone from State Farm be proactive, communicate, and hopefully do the right thing. (Sunday)
2ND UPDATE: It is Tuesday, I received a call from a supervisor while I was in a meeting and Semone agreed to call me back in 45 minutes. She has not returned the call. Still very disappointing.
