First off, State Farm is a wonderful insurance company. I am so happy with them. More specifically, Angela Holbert and her team have been nothing but AMAZING! Angela Holbert has been essential in guiding me through a difficult experience recently. Her knowledge and insight, as well as friendly (and professional) attitude and personality have made all the difference in the world to me. I feel so blessed to have found an insurance company, and a representative, who fit my needs so perfectly. I do feel that I am in safe and capable hands with State Farm. Angela Holbert agency was excellent, everyone has been so very helpful. I’m new to the area and needed homeowners insurance and auto insurance. Premiums for both were outstanding, as well as getting our quote in a very timely manner. Also while at the registry we needed proof of insurance and I spoke to someone from office and immediately was sent our proof of insurance. One year later I wanted to make sure we had enough coverage. Our agent got back to us and explained all the questions I had about our policy. Outstanding service!!!!

By the grace of God the insured of this agency narrowly missed killing and injuring my family in the parking lot of Harris Teeter on Hwy 41… To say dealing with this agency (initially CJ hung up on my wife) and their claims department has been terrible is an understatement. We finally got someone to contact us back today - the same run around. I’ve never used State Farm nor will I ever after this experience. I see positive experiences, but ours has not been pleasant. We are not getting replacement value for our vehicle and we now are going into our savings to have to buy a replacement vehicle. UPDATE/RESPONSE: We called the agency back after we were hung up on, to be clear - we were not called back. Angela, feel free to reach out to me. We have been waiting for a claims supervisor to call us for over a week after being promised “contact in 48 hours”. We wish no ill will but have been extremely frustrated and feel this is our only way to have someone from State Farm be proactive, communicate, and hopefully do the right thing. (Sunday) 2ND UPDATE: It is Tuesday, I received a call from a supervisor while I was in a meeting and Semone agreed to call me back in 45 minutes. She has not returned the call. Still very disappointing.

Angela Holbert’s agency is by far the best insurance agency. Everyone there goes out of their way to help make your life a little easier. CJ went above and beyond helping me and explaining options when dealing with car issues. He took time out of his busy schedule to answer every question I had, help find solutions and did not rush the conversation. Every interaction has been positive and helpful with Angela’s office and we could not be happier.
